We were allowed to make up the contents all on our own, including the visual material. We sent family, colleagues, friends, acquaintances and acquaintances of acquaintances from various generations a list of questions about their childhood. About favourite food, photo albums, toys, vacation… not only the lists came back filled in, school exercise books and school bags, teddy bears, photo albums, marbles and early versions of Nintendo were sent in too – the visual material, in other words. Plus plenty of childhood adventures. A deep and wrinkled book.
